情シスの英会話プライバシーポリシー
- アカウント登録・ログインの仕組みはありません。
- 端末のIPアドレス・閲覧画面や日時・利用時間・OS情報、広告ID等を取得する場合があります。
- 端末の正確な位置情報は取得しません。
- AIによる会話・添削は端末内で処理し、会話の内容を外部サーバーに送信しません（AI機能は対応端末）。
- 学習の進捗（覚えたフレーズ・連続学習日数・設定）は、機種変更や端末間の引き継ぎのためiCloud（Apple）に保存・同期される場合があります。会話の内容・音声は同期しません。
- 広告配信のためAdMob／Firebase等の第三者サービスを利用します。通信は広告・課金・分析など一部機能で行います。
- アプリのアンインストールで、情報の収集を停止できます。
- 13歳未満を対象としていません。
プライバシーポリシー
本プライバシーポリシーは、Yoshihiko, Ishikawa（以下「サービス提供者」）がフリーミアムサービスとして提供するモバイル向けアプリ「情シスの英会話」（以下「本アプリ」）に適用されます。本サービスは「現状有姿（AS IS）」での利用を前提としています。
情報の収集と利用
本アプリは、ダウンロードおよび利用の際に情報を収集します。収集する情報には、以下のようなものが含まれる場合があります。
- お使いの端末のインターネットプロトコルアドレス（例：IPアドレス）
- 本アプリ内で閲覧したページ、訪問の日時、各ページでの滞在時間
- 本アプリの利用時間
- モバイル端末で使用しているオペレーティングシステム
本アプリは、モバイル端末の正確な位置情報を取得しません。
本アプリは、英会話の練習および入力された英文の添削のために、端末内で動作する人工知能（AI）を使用します。この処理は利用者の端末上で行われ、会話の内容がサービス提供者によって外部のサーバーへ送信されることはありません。（AI機能は対応端末でのみ利用できます。なお、広告の表示・アプリ内課金・利用状況の分析など、一部の機能では通信を行います。）
学習データのiCloud同期
本アプリは、機種変更時の引き継ぎや、同じ Apple ID でサインインした複数の端末間での学習の継続のため、学習の進捗を Apple の iCloud（CloudKit） に保存・同期する場合があります。同期の対象は、覚えたフレーズ・学習状況・連続学習日数・アプリの設定など、学習の進捗に関する情報に限られます。
AIとの会話の内容・音声・入力した英文は、iCloud にも外部のサーバーにも送信されません。これらは従来どおり、利用者の端末内でのみ処理されます。
iCloud に保存される学習データは、利用者自身の iCloud アカウント（プライベートデータベース）に保管され、Apple のプライバシーポリシーおよび iCloud の利用条件に従って取り扱われます。サービス提供者は、独自のサーバーでこれらの学習データを収集・保管することはありません。
iCloud への同期は、お使いの端末の iCloud へのサインイン状況に依存します。iCloud にサインインしていない場合、学習データは端末内にのみ保存されます。また、本アプリの設定画面から iCloud 同期をオフにすることもできます（オフにした場合、以降は端末内にのみ保存されます）。
サービス提供者は、提供いただいた情報を用いて、重要なお知らせ・必要な通知・マーケティングに関するご案内のため、随時ご連絡することがあります。
より良い体験のため、本アプリの利用にあたり、サービス提供者は広告ID（Advertising ID）を含む一定の個人を識別しうる情報の提供を求める場合があります。サービス提供者が求めた情報は同社により保持され、本プライバシーポリシーに記載のとおり利用されます。
第三者によるアクセス
本アプリおよびサービスの改善を支援する目的で、集計・匿名化されたデータのみが定期的に外部サービスへ送信されます。サービス提供者は、本ポリシーに記載する方法で利用者の情報を第三者と共有することがあります。
なお、本アプリは、データの取り扱いについて独自のプライバシーポリシーを持つ第三者サービスを利用しています。本アプリが利用する第三者サービス提供者のプライバシーポリシーへのリンクは以下のとおりです。
サービス提供者は、以下の場合に、利用者が提供した情報および自動的に収集された情報を開示することがあります。
- 召喚状その他これに類する法的手続きへの対応など、法令上必要とされる場合
- 自らの権利の保護、利用者または第三者の安全の保護、不正行為の調査、または行政機関からの要請への対応のために、開示が必要であると誠実に判断する場合
- サービス提供者のために業務を行い、開示された情報を独自に利用せず、本ポリシーに定める規則を遵守することに同意した、信頼できる業務委託先に対して開示する場合
オプトアウトの権利
本アプリをアンインストールすることで、本アプリによる情報収集をすべて簡単に停止できます。アンインストールは、お使いのモバイル端末またはアプリマーケットプレイス／ネットワークが提供する標準的な手順をご利用ください。
データ保持ポリシー
サービス提供者は、利用者が本アプリを利用している間、およびその後の合理的な期間、利用者が提供したデータを保持します。本アプリを通じて提供いただいたデータの削除をご希望の場合は、devmmou@gmail.com までご連絡ください。合理的な期間内に対応いたします。
お子様について
サービス提供者は、13歳未満のお子様から本アプリを通じて意図的に情報を収集したり、勧誘・マーケティングを行ったりすることはありません。本アプリは13歳未満の方を対象としていません。サービス提供者は、13歳未満のお子様から個人を識別しうる情報を意図的に収集することはありません。万一、13歳未満のお子様が個人情報を提供したことが判明した場合、サービス提供者はただちに当該情報をサーバーから削除します。保護者の方で、お子様が個人情報を提供したことにお気づきの場合は、サービス提供者（devmmou@gmail.com）までご連絡ください。必要な対応を行います。
セキュリティ
サービス提供者は、利用者の情報の機密性の保護に努めています。サービス提供者は、処理・保持する情報を保護するため、物理的・電子的・手続き的な保護措置を講じています。
変更
本プライバシーポリシーは、理由のいかんを問わず随時更新されることがあります。サービス提供者は、本ページを新しいプライバシーポリシーで更新することにより、変更を通知します。継続してご利用いただくことは、すべての変更への承認とみなされますので、変更がないか定期的に本ポリシーをご確認ください。本プライバシーポリシーの有効日は 2026-06-23 です。
同意
本アプリを利用することにより、利用者は、本プライバシーポリシー（および当社による改訂後の内容）に定めるとおりに情報が処理されることに同意したものとみなされます。

Privacy Policy
This privacy policy applies to the 情シスの英会話 app (hereby referred to as "Application") for mobile devices that was created by Yoshihiko, Ishikawa (hereby referred to as "Service Provider") as a Freemium service. This service is intended for use "AS IS".
Information Collection and Use
The Application collects information when you download and use it. This information may include information such as
- Your device's Internet Protocol address (e.g. IP address)
- The pages of the Application that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages
- The time spent on the Application
- The operating system you use on your mobile device
The Application does not gather precise information about the location of your mobile device.
The Application uses on-device Artificial Intelligence (AI) to provide conversation practice and to correct the English you input. This processing is performed locally on your device, and the content of your conversations is not transmitted to external servers by the Service Provider. (AI features are available only on supported devices. Note that some features, such as displaying advertisements, in-app purchases, and usage analytics, do require network communication.)
iCloud Sync of Learning Data
To support transferring your data to a new device and continuing your studies across multiple devices signed in to the same Apple ID, the Application may store and sync your learning progress to Apple's iCloud (CloudKit). Only information related to learning progress is synced, such as learned phrases, study status, study streak, and app settings.
The content of your AI conversations, your voice, and the English you input are not transmitted to iCloud or to any external server. These continue to be processed solely on your device.
Learning data stored in iCloud is kept in your own iCloud account (private database) and is handled in accordance with Apple's Privacy Policy and iCloud Terms. The Service Provider does not collect or store this learning data on its own servers.
Syncing to iCloud depends on whether your device is signed in to iCloud. If you are not signed in to iCloud, your learning data is stored only on your device. You can also turn off iCloud sync in the Application's settings, after which data will be stored only on your device.
The Service Provider may use the information you provided to contact you from time to time to provide you with important information, required notices and marketing promotions.
For a better experience, while using the Application, the Service Provider may require you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information, including but not limited to Ad ID (Advertising ID). The information that the Service Provider request will be retained by them and used as described in this privacy policy.
Third Party Access
Only aggregated, anonymized data is periodically transmitted to external services to aid the Service Provider in improving the Application and their service. The Service Provider may share your information with third parties in the ways that are described in this privacy statement.
Please note that the Application utilizes third-party services that have their own Privacy Policy about handling data. Below are the links to the Privacy Policy of the third-party service providers used by the Application:
The Service Provider may disclose User Provided and Automatically Collected Information:
- as required by law, such as to comply with a subpoena, or similar legal process;
- when they believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect their rights, protect your safety or the safety of others, investigate fraud, or respond to a government request;
- with their trusted services providers who work on their behalf, do not have an independent use of the information we disclose to them, and have agreed to adhere to the rules set forth in this privacy statement.
Opt-Out Rights
You can stop all collection of information by the Application easily by uninstalling it. You may use the standard uninstall processes as may be available as part of your mobile device or via the mobile application marketplace or network.
Data Retention Policy
The Service Provider will retain User Provided data for as long as you use the Application and for a reasonable time thereafter. If you'd like them to delete User Provided Data that you have provided via the Application, please contact them at devmmou@gmail.com and they will respond in a reasonable time.
Children
The Service Provider does not use the Application to knowingly solicit data from or market to children under the age of 13. The Application does not address anyone under the age of 13. The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13 years of age. In the case the Service Provider discover that a child under 13 has provided personal information, the Service Provider will immediately delete this from their servers. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact the Service Provider (devmmou@gmail.com) so that they will be able to take the necessary actions.
Security
The Service Provider is concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of your information. The Service Provider provides physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect information the Service Provider processes and maintains.
Changes
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time for any reason. The Service Provider will notify you of any changes to the Privacy Policy by updating this page with the new Privacy Policy. You are advised to consult this Privacy Policy regularly for any changes, as continued use is deemed approval of all changes. This privacy policy is effective as of 2026-06-23.
Your Consent
By using the Application, you are consenting to the processing of your information as set forth in this Privacy Policy now and as amended by us.
